Minimums vary by product. Personal stationery sets typically start at 25 units, while corporate orders often begin at 100 units to accommodate bulk letterpress and foil setups efficiently.

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and purchase orders for approved corporate accounts. All prices are listed in USD, and applicable New York State sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Standard ground shipping typically arrives in 3–6 business days depending on destination. Orders shipped from our New York studio to the Northeast corridor often arrive within 2–3 days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout for time-sensitive events.

Yes. Customers within Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs may select complimentary studio pickup at checkout, or courier delivery for an additional fee. We recommend scheduling pickup at least 24 hours after your proof approval to ensure production is complete.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also review carrier guidelines and estimated transit times through resources like the USPS official tracking tool for further reference.

Most custom projects — including letterpress, foil stamping, and engraved stationery — require 7–10 business days from proof approval to completion. Complex designs with multiple ink passes or specialty finishes may take up to 14 business days. Rush production is available for select projects; ask your consultant about availability.

Every custom order includes two rounds of digital proofing at no extra cost. Additional revisions beyond that may incur a small design fee. We recommend reviewing font choices, spacing, and color carefully — production begins only after written proof approval.

Absolutely. We accept vector files (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF) for the sharpest reproduction. If you only have a low-resolution logo, our design team can often vectorize it for a small fee — just mention this when placing your corporate order.

Because custom items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or contains a production error that does not match your approved proof. Please review our Terms of Service for full policy details.

Please photograph the packaging and damaged items and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a free reprint or replacement at no cost once the issue is verified.

Unopened, unused ready-made items from our Products collection may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less original shipping costs. As required under New York consumer protection guidance, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
